The answer is simple......Both!
The Syscan ID Livetrack EID reader works with both.
WITH:
The Bleutooth connection to a scales head is done in less than 30 seconds..with the Livetrack reader.
1- Key in the Bluetooth address of the scale head in the Bluetooth Menu
2- Put your reader in master mode
3- Insure your Output Menu is on Tag ID only
Voila it is done..... Start reading your tags... the information will be sent to your scale head for further processing.
WITHOUT:
The livetrack reader had unique functionality in that you can actually enter the weight into the reader itself by using the arrows. Even more for those wanted to associate the visual tag ID one can enter this into the Code function...
This information can then be transferred either live using a virtual keyboard ( included in ivetrack Manager software) or after the end of day into an excel spreadsheet or text file.
